1st African Para-Badmintonchips
After a successful week of hosting the 2nd Uganda Para-Badminton International the Uganda Badminton Association is again in full gear to host the 1st African Para-Badminton Championships. Matches will start on Tuesday, 1st of May, 2018, at Lugogo Indoor Stadium, Kampala.

2nd Uganda Para-Badminton International concluded
After a successful classification of new players the 2nd Uganda Para-Badminton International Championships have started at Lugogo Indoor Stadium. With a total number of 174 entries from 13 countries it attracted almost 100 players more than the maiden tournament last year.

After 216 matches in 19 events the tournament came to an end with the medal awarding ceremony. Guests of honour were Paul Kurzo, Vice President Badminton World Federation in charge of para-badminton, Lady Precious Berty Achumba, the Honourable Commissioner Ministry of Special Duty Vulnerable People, Abia State, Nigeria, Mohamad Maina, Vice President Badminton Nigeria and Hadji Shaban Muziransa Nkutu, Chairman Uganda Badminton Association.
